Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process referral requests and coordinate appointment scheduling for behavioral health providers
  • Support members in initiating their program journey and completing pre-visit paperwork
  • Maintain member resource library and assess program fit based on member population needs
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma (preferred: Associate's Degree)
  • 1 or more years of healthcare experience, with behavioral health experience being a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and health care documentation systems
  • Appointment scheduling experience
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to work from home
