Job Summary

Providing comprehensive training and documentation for Membership Accounting, the full-time Membership Accounting Trainer will develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing specialists, ensuring adherence to procedures and regulations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain training courses and materials for Membership Accounting specialists, ensuring consistency across the organization
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for new hires, facilitating regular one-on-one meetings to monitor progress
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and implement appropriate classes and documentation updates
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of training experience in a health insurance environment, preferably in Membership Accounting
  • Ability to develop training plans and materials suitable for various skill levels
  • Knowledge of relevant State and Federal legislation affecting eligibility and billing administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with the ability to navigate web-based programs
