Key Responsibilities
  • Manage member inquiries and maintain contact records in an association management system
  • Edit and publish content for newsletters, websites, and digital marketing efforts
  • Coordinate financial processes and support event logistics for conferences and webinars
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in communications, membership, or related fields
  • Superior attention to detail in writing and project execution
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with an AMS or membership database is preferred
  • Basic audio and video editing skills are a plus
