Key Responsibilities
- Manage member inquiries and maintain contact records in an association management system
- Edit and publish content for newsletters, websites, and digital marketing efforts
- Coordinate financial processes and support event logistics for conferences and webinars
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in communications, membership, or related fields
- Superior attention to detail in writing and project execution
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with an AMS or membership database is preferred
- Basic audio and video editing skills are a plus
