Job Summary
Supporting membership recruitment and retention efforts, the full-time Membership Assistant will manage member inquiries, process applications, and assist with data administration and event support in a remote capacity while working from California.
Key responsibilities
- Correspond with members to handle inquiries, complaints, and information requests regarding membership
- Process membership applications, renewals, and resignations while maintaining the membership database
- Assist in creating marketing materials and support the development of member events and activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Notes
- Minimum of one year of experience in membership administration, customer service, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with a professional work ethic
- Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail
