Job Summary

Proactively engaging prospects, the full-time remote Membership Associate will serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, effectively representing the company's financial planning mission while qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage prospects through outbound sales campaigns to expand the company's reach

Required qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Sales-oriented mindset with tenacity and willingness to overcome objections
  • Ability to learn new systems and in-house software tools
  • Proficiency in keyboard and computer skills
  • Must meet minimum WiFi standards for remote work efficiency
