Job Summary

To support the performance initiatives of provider networks, the remote Membership Associate will process and maintain documentation related to physician organization participation and health plan enrollment while ensuring excellent customer service for both internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Submit and monitor practice and physician applications, collaborating with practice coaches to ensure accurate data for enrollment
  • Communicate regularly with practices and health plan representatives to address updates and outstanding issues
  • Work with the membership team to streamline processes and maintain accurate provider data in databases and online systems
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers
  • Team player with an aptitude for learning new technology and software applications
