Job Summary
A company is looking for a Membership Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of their membership program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of member benefits and manage member offers
- Write and schedule membership campaign emails and support city teams with messaging
- Manage membership inbox and maintain documentation for collaboration on membership efforts
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of project management or coordination experience
- Experience managing membership or subscriptions at a media company
- Experience working in a CMS
- Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Passion for news and local media
