Job Summary

A company is looking for a Membership Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of their membership program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the implementation of member benefits and manage member offers
  • Write and schedule membership campaign emails and support city teams with messaging
  • Manage membership inbox and maintain documentation for collaboration on membership efforts
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of project management or coordination experience
  • Experience managing membership or subscriptions at a media company
  • Experience working in a CMS
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Passion for news and local media
