Job Summary

A company is looking for a Membership Coordinator for a part-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate membership activities, including recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives
  • Manage event logistics, including planning and execution of meetings and workshops
  • Maintain the membership database and generate reports for membership analysis
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and related administrative experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience in consortium or membership management and event management
  • Understanding of the global health landscape is necessary
  • Experience with MemberClicks/Oasis AMS and event planning is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus
