Job Summary
To support the growth and engagement of members, the full-time remote Membership Coordinator will manage member inquiries, analyze membership data, and oversee day-to-day operations while collaborating across departments to enhance the membership experience.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze membership data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, providing exceptional customer service
- Manage daily membership operations, including processing, account maintenance, and issue resolution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in membership, customer service, nonprofit administration, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights
- Experience with spreadsheets and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
