Membership Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Providing member service and operational support, the full-time Membership Engagement Specialist will assist with membership inquiries, maintain accurate member information, and enhance the member experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve member inquiries through various service channels, coordinating with internal teams as needed
• Maintain the accuracy of member information in the CRM system and support membership processing, including renewals and communications
• Analyze membership data to identify trends and improve workflows, while developing resources to enhance member engagement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two or more years of experience in customer service or membership support
• Experience using a CRM or project management tool to track requests and maintain data
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate information and recommend practical solutions
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
