Job Summary

A company is looking for a Membership Financial Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Process financial tasks including renewals, updates, changes, reinstatements, and premium billing
• Provide customer service and support to internal and external clients regarding billing and account inquiries
• Coordinate billing operations to ensure compliance and accuracy, especially during Open Enrollment activities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years of college coursework in general business, health plan administration, or medical-related fields, or one year of relevant office work in accounting or banking
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Dependability and high integrity in handling confidential information
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
