Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager Membership.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates and oversees the implementation of new groups and changes to health plan administration
- Manages the membership team's day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service
- Develops processes for accurate membership processing and maintains relevant documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or five years of relevant experience
- Minimum seven years of experience in supervisory or membership administration roles
- At least two years of leadership experience in team or project management
- Knowledge of group health plan eligibility rules and electronic enrollment functionality
- Familiarity with AMISYS System and other internal systems preferred
