Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Membership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates and oversees the implementation of new groups and changes to health plan administration
  • Manages the membership team's day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Develops processes for accurate membership processing and maintains relevant documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or five years of relevant experience
  • Minimum seven years of experience in supervisory or membership administration roles
  • At least two years of leadership experience in team or project management
  • Knowledge of group health plan eligibility rules and electronic enrollment functionality
  • Familiarity with AMISYS System and other internal systems preferred
