Job Summary
A company is looking for a Membership Onboarding Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the Membership Onboarding program, engage new members through events and welcome calls
- Collaborate with various teams to standardize onboarding events and ensure program awareness
- Manage contracts for in-person events, develop relationships with Chapters and Regions, and maintain reporting on onboarding metrics
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of program management experience leading multiple projects
- 2+ years collaborating in a global multi-cultural environment with sales, marketing, and customer experience teams
- Experience in association or membership organization, familiarity with CRM solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for in-person events
