Job Summary
To build and scale the supply side of Infinity's private home exchange network, the remote Head of Membership will manage a structured pipeline of prospective Ambassadors and partnerships, conduct intake calls with high-net-worth homeowners, and implement AI-powered workflows to achieve monthly activity and outcome targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a structured pipeline of prospective Ambassadors and partnerships, delivering against monthly activity and outcome targets
- Own the Ambassador Program, recruiting and activating Ambassadors while enhancing community engagement and recognition
- Design and implement AI-driven initiatives to grow top-of-funnel demand and streamline the intake-to-activation process
Required Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or membership programs within a luxury or invite-only brand context
- Proven track record in a quota-carrying sales role with experience managing a pipeline and achieving activity and outcome metrics
- Demonstrated experience in closing institutional or group-level partnerships and producing measurable supply or revenue outcomes
- Experience designing and implementing AI-powered workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Familiarity with high-net-worth clientele and the ability to maintain brand polish and discretion in communications
