Membership Sales Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Membership Sales Associate to grow its membership base through high-touch engagement with prospective members.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries, providing a responsive experience via phone, email, and text
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospective members' needs and educate them on membership benefits
• Guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process and maintain accurate records of outreach in Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with quota carrying experience preferred
• Experience with inbound leads and sales processes is preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays
