Membership Sales Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing membership base, the part-time Membership Sales Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries, delivering exceptional service and guiding prospective members through the enrollment process, while working remotely on a fixed schedule from Sunday to Thursday.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries, providing a high-touch experience via phone, email, and text
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospective members' needs and educate them on membership benefits
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and collaborate with senior Membership Directors to support member conversations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service-oriented roles
• Experience responding to inbound leads and familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus
• Comfort working a fixed schedule that includes weekends and evenings
• Interest in healthcare or premium service experiences
