Membership Sales Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing membership base, the part-time Membership Sales Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries, delivering exceptional engagement and guiding prospective members through the enrollment process remotely from specified states.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries, providing a high-touch experience via phone, email, and text
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospective members' needs and educate them on membership benefits
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and collaborate with senior Membership Directors to support complex member interactions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service-oriented roles, with preference for quota-carrying experience
• Experience with inbound leads and familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus
• Comfort working a fixed schedule that includes regular weekend and evening hours
• Pacific Time working hours required
