Membership Sales Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing membership base, the part-time Membership Sales Associate will engage with inbound leads, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and guide prospective members through the enrollment process, all while working remotely on a fixed schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound membership inquiries, providing a high-touch experience via phone, email, and text
• Conduct discovery conversations to assess prospective members' needs and educate them on membership benefits and services
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or service-oriented roles; quota-carrying experience preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus
• Comfortable working a fixed schedule that includes weekends and evenings
• Interest in healthcare or premium service experiences
