Membership Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Membership Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform reconciliation analysis and audit activity for group accounts receivable
• Resolve a variety of enrollment, reconciliation, and billing issues
• Participate in coaching internal and external customers concerning contractual guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Associate degree or 2 years of recent experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• 1 year of experience as a Membership Specialist I or in a role with reconciliation experience
• Proficient skill using Excel, Word, and Windows-based applications
• Ability to process a high volume of data with speed and accuracy
