Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Membership - Fully Insured.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead team operations through strategic work assignment, goal setting, and performance monitoring
• Drive talent management initiatives including staff selection, training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Oversee documentation and process improvement while partnering with project managers to implement solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not required)
• 3 years of accounting-related experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Leadership/supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and related regulations
• Working knowledge of accounts receivable
