Job Summary

A company in the Information Technology industry is seeking a Mendix Application Developer for remote work in the continental US.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop new applications on Mendix platform supporting plant and business operations
• Assist with supporting existing MES, Mendix, AWS, Preactor and PLC applications by working with current implementation team to analyze issues and drive to a resolution
• Interpret business requirements and formulate functional and technical specifications and validate that the design of a potential solution fits within the SSB technical architecture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Systems, STEM field or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years in advanced manufacturing environments, including automation/robotic environment, workflow management systems, inventory management and warehouse management systems
• Expert level knowledge of Mendix App development tools, SQL, Preactor, Amazon Web Services, GitHub and Agile
• Utilization of video display terminal and keyboard is 95% of the time
