Mendix Application Developer
Job Summary
A company in the Information Technology industry is seeking a Mendix Application Developer for remote work in the continental US.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop new applications on Mendix platform supporting plant and business operations
- Assist with supporting existing MES, Mendix, AWS, Preactor and PLC applications by working with current implementation team to analyze issues and drive to a resolution
- Interpret business requirements and formulate functional and technical specifications and validate that the design of a potential solution fits within the SSB technical architecture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Systems, STEM field or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years in advanced manufacturing environments, including automation/robotic environment, workflow management systems, inventory management and warehouse management systems
- Expert level knowledge of Mendix App development tools, SQL, Preactor, Amazon Web Services, GitHub and Agile
- Utilization of video display terminal and keyboard is 95% of the time
