Menopause Provider (CNM or WHNP)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Menopause Provider (CNM or WHNP) to deliver direct patient care and clinical oversight for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve clinical outcomes for empaneled patients by overseeing their medical care
• Review complex patient cases and develop care plans while supporting the clinical team
• Lead the development of evidence-based medical protocols and participate in quality improvement efforts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be licensed to practice as an APP in a compact nursing state
• A minimum of 3 years of menopause experience, including hormone therapy management
• Commitment to studying for the Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) exam
• Experience using data to drive patient engagement and clinical outcomes
• CNM or WHNP with significant experience in menopause care and an active APP license
