Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider - Midlife.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 100% virtual care to midlife patients focusing on menopause management and hormone replacement therapy
• Work independently and flexibly within the Midlife Health and Wellness department
• Maintain a schedule of Monday-Friday, including one evening shift per week

Required Qualifications

• Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) certification
• Minimum of three years of experience as a certified midlife provider
• Expertise in menopause management
• Ability to work remotely and manage virtual patient visits
• Flexibility and independence in practice
