A company is looking for a Care Coach Lead to oversee a team of care coaches and ensure the delivery of exceptional care to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support a team of care coaches in their daily responsibilities
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture emphasizing open communication and mutual support
• Ensure care coaches meet performance metrics and deliver high-quality, client-centered care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a Crisis position as a Supervisor
• Available evenings (until 9p MST) and Saturdays
• Prior management experience
• Experience in a KPI driven environment
• Clinical background or licensure is a plus
