Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Partner for the Employee Assistance Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls from individuals seeking emotional support or mental health resources
  • Create a safe and supportive environment for members and assess clinical risk for appropriate referrals
  • Document all interactions in real-time while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and internal policies
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center, help line, or customer support environment
  • 1-2 years of experience in a social, psychological, or human service field providing client support
  • Technologically proficient, including basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
  • Maintain a private, professional, and distraction-free workspace with a reliable wired internet connection
  • High school diploma or GED
