Mental Health Coach (ICF Certified)

Job Summary

Providing remote short-term, evidence-based coaching sessions, the part-time Mental Health Coach (ICF Certified) will support clients in navigating emotional and mental health challenges while adhering to Lyra's coaching model and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in training related to Lyra's evidence-based mental health coaching model
• Support clients by practicing empathy, exploring difficult emotions, and offering research-backed skills
• Engage in ongoing clinical consultation with Lyra's expert clinical team to ensure appropriate client care

Required qualifications

• Graduated from an ICF-accredited coach certification training program or hold advanced ICF credentialing (ACC, PCC, MCC)
• Completed a minimum of 100 coaching hours with adults post-graduation
• Full professional fluency in German, French, or Italian; proficiency in English is a plus
• Coach must be registered and work fully from Switzerland, Germany, France, or Italy
