Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conseiller(e) en PAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and video consultations, immediate support, and crisis management
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the suitability of short-term therapy
• Manage high-risk situations by collaborating with clients and directing them to appropriate resources

Required Qualifications and Education

• Master's degree in mental health (social work, counseling, psychology, or related field)
• At least 2 years of direct client contact experience in psychological or mental health support services
• Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term therapy modalities
• Fluency in both English and French
• Training in crisis intervention and support for high-risk clients is an asset
