Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate testing services for patients by reviewing documentation and ensuring accurate testing

  • Manage assigned work independently while collaborating with various departments to enhance service quality
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; at least 1 year of relevant experience, or associate/bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred
  • PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and email
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
  • Strong organizational and task management skills
