Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned work independently while collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient service delivery
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
- PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and email
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred
