Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mental Health Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate testing services for patients by reviewing test request forms and ensuring accurate documentation
- Communicate with patients and healthcare providers regarding insurance eligibility and test information
- Manage assigned work independently while meeting production and quality metrics, and collaborate with various departments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
- PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and email
- Preference for applicants with higher net typing speeds
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
