Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate testing services for patients by reviewing test request forms and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Communicate with patients and healthcare providers regarding insurance eligibility and test information
  • Manage assigned work independently while meeting production and quality metrics, and collaborate with various departments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred
  • PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and email
  • Preference for applicants with higher net typing speeds
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
