Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Mental Health.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate testing services for patients, including reviewing test request forms, working with healthcare providers and insurance companies, and communicating with patients
  • Participate in the Quality Assurance plan
  • Comply with applicable CLIA and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree and more than one year of customer service and reimbursement experience preferred
  • Accurate typing skills of at least 50 words per minute
  • PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and e-mail
  • Able to manage several tasks simultaneously, often under pressure
