Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Mental Health.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate testing services for patients, including reviewing test request forms, working with healthcare providers and insurance companies, and communicating with patients
- Participate in the Quality Assurance plan
- Comply with applicable CLIA and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree and more than one year of customer service and reimbursement experience preferred
- Accurate typing skills of at least 50 words per minute
- PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and e-mail
- Able to manage several tasks simultaneously, often under pressure
