Mental Health Literacy Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Literacy Analyst (Home Based).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop learning pathways to enhance personnel's ability to navigate uncertainty and maintain well-being
• Design and implement a comprehensive mental health literacy curriculum and deliver various learning formats
• Drive communications strategies to promote a culture of help-seeking and psychological safety

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Advanced University Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Psychiatry or related field, or a bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with a master's degree or 4 years with a bachelor's degree in counselling or psychosocial programs
• Proven ability to design and facilitate learning programs, including webinars and workshops
• Strong experience in curriculum development and creating practical toolkits for diverse audiences
• Fluency in English; knowledge of a second or third UN language is an asset
