Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Nurse Practitioner, Mental Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient assessments and diagnose common mental health illnesses
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients
• Prescribe medications and therapies while monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Post-Masters Graduate Certificate
• 4+ years of clinical experience as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• Must hold two independent, active state licenses, including one in specified high demand states
• Board Certified by ANCC or AANP and enrolled or eligible for Medicaid provider enrollment
