Job Summary

Responsible for the overall practice management of US care delivery operations, the full-time salaried Senior Director, Practice Operations - Mental Health will lead a team to ensure high-quality clinical care, efficient operations, and financial performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the virtual healthcare practice to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance to maintain a high-performing team
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of operational leadership in a multi-specialty practice in a clinic or ambulatory care setting
• Demonstrated ability to lead change in a fast-paced organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure
