Mental Health Operations Manager

Job Summary

To enhance patient care and operational efficiency, the full-time Mental Health Throughput Manager will oversee patient flow across Mental Health services, manage intake and scheduling processes, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize care coordination and revenue cycle readiness in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Directly supervise and develop operational support staff, establishing productivity and service expectations
• Oversee patient intake and access workflows, ensuring timely responses to referrals and improving patient experience
• Monitor patient flow and optimize provider schedules to enhance access and continuity of care

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of healthcare operations or patient access experience
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of scheduling workflows and patient access management
