Mental Health Outreach Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Outreach Coordinator (Contractor) to support growth by engaging pediatric practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively conduct outbound calls to pediatric practices to introduce services and schedule meetings for Account Managers
• Build strong relationships with pediatricians, practice managers, and office staff to encourage engagement
• Manage assigned small practices, ensuring a seamless experience and addressing inquiries

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare outreach preferred
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling objections professionally
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
