Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Parity Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete Mental Health Parity NQTL questionnaires for client group health plans
Coordinate with third-party vendors for documentation and reporting
Stay updated on Mental Health Parity legislation and provide compliance feedback

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years of Healthcare Compliance experience
Experience with Mental Health Parity and NQTL Analysis preferred
Experience in group health plan administration preferred
Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
