Job Summary

Leading a medium-sized team of patient advocates, the full-time Mental Health Patient Advocate Supervisor will manage daily workflows, provide coaching and development, and handle escalations while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage daily team operations to meet service level and productivity goals while fostering a positive coaching environment
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support team skill development through structured coaching plans
  • Oversee external customer escalations and collaborate on process improvements to enhance service quality
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare or customer service, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience managing Protected Health Information (PHI)
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and common software applications
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics and promote a collaborative, patient-centered team culture
