Job Summary

Mental Health Patient Coordinator is a part-time remote position requiring coordination of patient appointments and communication of insurance information, working Fridays and Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments while providing excellent customer service
• Communicate insurance coverage and financial responsibilities to patients and handle billing inquiries
• Maintain patient information and work with billing teams to resolve coverage issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience with insurance eligibility
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills
