Job Summary
Mental Health Patient Coordinator is a part-time remote position requiring coordination of patient appointments and communication of insurance information, working Fridays and Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments while providing excellent customer service
- Communicate insurance coverage and financial responsibilities to patients and handle billing inquiries
- Maintain patient information and work with billing teams to resolve coverage issues
Required Qualifications
- Experience with insurance eligibility
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
