Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage patient appointments while providing excellent customer service
• Communicate insurance benefits and financial obligations to patients and handle billing inquiries
• Maintain patient information and collaborate with billing teams to resolve insurance issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience with insurance eligibility
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
