Job Summary

Mental Health Practice Supervisor is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the operational functions of a mental health practice, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery while providing flexible scheduling support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee integration of mental health services and daily operations across clinical and administrative functions
• Monitor and analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with mental health billing practices and support provider scheduling oversight

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration; Master's degree strongly preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Proficient with Excel
• Ability to work some evenings or weekends as required
• Predominantly remote with occasional travel to mental health practices
