Job Summary
Experienced in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support programming, the full-time remote Mental Health Program Officer will manage compliance and training for groups and gaps services, ensuring effective support for vulnerable refugees across the network.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the program expert in PC funding compliance for groups and gaps services, developing guidance resources for implementation
- Monitor and provide technical assistance to a portfolio of field offices, ensuring program compliance and effective service delivery
- Organize and facilitate training and community practice sessions to promote best practices in MHPSS group programming
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in refugee resettlement work with familiarity in related terminology
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a case manager and/or groups facilitator
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field or MSW from an accredited school of social work
- Experience in a grant-compliance context
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Teams, Excel, Word) and Asana
