Job Summary
As a full-time Remote Regional Vice President, Mind, the successful candidate will build and close new employer opportunities for Sword Mind, focusing on creating demand, managing a disciplined sales playbook, and collaborating with existing sales teams to present a unified message to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Hunt for new Sword Mind opportunities across various channels, focusing on mental health RFPs and strategic buying moments
- Build and execute a repeatable sales playbook that includes account targeting, consultant mapping, and competitive positioning
- Generate a significant Mind-specific pipeline while collaborating with the Employer Sales team to expand current conversations and strengthen partnerships
Required qualifications
- Proven ability to create new pipeline and activate networks within mental health or behavioral health sectors
- Experience selling to self-insured employers, consultants, brokers, or health plans
- Strong understanding of the mental health vendor landscape and employer evaluation criteria for behavioral health solutions
- Excellent executive-level communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly to employers
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams without creating market confusion
