Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a relevant mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Ability to recognize and respond to the unique needs of clients
• Experience in crisis intervention and assessment procedures
• Competence in documenting assessments and interventions according to established policies
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
