A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients in a therapeutic manner and model effective coping and recovery-oriented living skills
• Assist clients in identifying personal recovery goals and setting objectives for interventions
• Advocate for appropriate resources and maintain relationships to monitor clients' emotional and behavioral changes

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Experience in crisis intervention and handling phone requests under pressure
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Experience in a clean, well-lighted, and moderately loud work environment
• Understanding of recovery-oriented practices and client advocacy
