A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner and models effective communication and coping skills
• Assists clients in identifying personal recovery goals and developing objectives and interventions
• Advocates for appropriate resources and facilitates structured skill trainings on various mental health issues

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrated competency in recognizing and addressing client needs
• Ability to develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients
• Experience in crisis intervention and support services
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts
