Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner and models effective communication and coping skills
• Assists clients in identifying personal recovery goals and develops interventions based on those goals
• Advocates for appropriate resources and facilitates structured skill trainings related to mental health

Required Qualifications

• Four (4) years of full-time paid experience in a relevant mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Experience in crisis intervention
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
• Willingness to work in varying environments, including those that may be moderately loud
