A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner and models effective communication and coping skills
• Assists clients in identifying personal recovery goals and determining interventions based on their needs
• Develops relationships with clients to monitor emotional or behavioral changes and advocates for appropriate resources

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Experience in crisis intervention and support services
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
• Experience in facilitating skill training related to mental health issues
