Key Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner and models good communication and coping skills
• Assists clients in identifying personal recovery goals and determining appropriate interventions
• Develops relationships with clients to monitor emotional and behavioral changes, advocating for necessary resources

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a relevant mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Experience in crisis intervention
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
• Comfortable working in a clean, well-lighted environment with varying noise levels
