Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II - Part Time: 4p - 12:30a (Sat-Sun).

Key Responsibilities

• Models good communication and recovery-oriented living skills for clients
• Accepts service requests and responds to incoming calls, chats, and texts promptly
• Maintains knowledge of resources and programs to provide guidance and make appropriate referrals

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to perform assessments and make appropriate dispositions based on client needs
• Experience collaborating effectively with staff and referral sources
• Capability to document client contact information accurately
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
